Down with Flu

Zoe's has been down with flue for 3 days. Poor Girl, she has been rubbing her nose and cry when it's too painful after sneezing. These days, Zoe has not been eating well as she starts to push away her mil whenever she is being fed. Today, it's slightly better as she can finish her fish porridge even though she still push her milk away. Is that normal for a year old toddler?

Well, I guess the next time when Daddy and Mummy is having flu, Zoe should sleep with Gong Gong and Po Po.The consequence of sleeping with us is too much to bear. Hope Zoe's flu can cure by today.

A Big Step for Zoe

Today, 21st May 2009, Zoe has step out her first few step without support. It is a start to a new way of exploration for my little girl. Only 2 days before her birthday, Zoe's is preparing herself for another leap to another year.

Time really passes fast. Thinking back a year ago, in the middle of the night the whole family was waken up as it's time to bring Zoe to the world, and Zoe's arrival, the sleepless nights. It's already 1 year pass! Happy Birthday, Darling.

My 1st Birthday

17th May 2009 -Unofficially, today is Zoe's 1st birthday. We woke up early in the morning in order to take pictures with her in front of the "teddy bear" cake. Of course she loves teddy and try to touch it. We have no choice but to give Zoe her favourite biscuits to divert her attention from the cake. We have decided to have 'bear' as the theme of Zoe's cake as Zoe has known bear bear (that's Pooh Bear since she's born)
The birthday is quite a success where Zoe's little friend and, family and relative all turned up for the mini party and have left some messages for Zoe to ponder when she grow older.

So Much Happened in A Month

It's exactly 1 month I did not penned down anything in this blog, but life goes on and Zoe keep growing and learning. Zoe is now 11 months and has learned to picked her food and put straight into her mouth...and of course she enjoys it a lot!
Not only that, Zoe finally found her 'best friend' - her toy duck that she has decided to include her friend in all her trip (even at times Mummy is not too happy to have her friend in the bath as this means longer bath time!As the wheather became very humid we decided to spend the weekend in Genting Highlands. This time Zoe is more familiar with the surroundings and excitedly rush to Ronald McDonald's when we brought her to McDonald's for breakfast. She spent about 15 mins lingering at the bench with Ronald. Not only that, Zoe was more receptive when I put her on the horse ride. Eventhough we did not left her alone on the ride, it's a good start for Zoe who was afraid to go for rides.

Last week, Zoe suddenly showed us that she has learned shake her head and seems to enjoyed her newly acquired talent! And of course she kept showing it off and being the little princess of the faimily, she got all the praises she needs.
